By completing the registration form and paying the required registration fee, you give Beth Ellis Photography permission to photograph your child during their scheduled photo session. Registrations must be completed prior to photo day. Late registrations may not be accepted, as photography schedules are organised in advance and sessions run within the centre’s daily routine.
Your registration fee acts as a deposit and will be fully credited toward your gallery purchase. A private access link and password will be sent to the registered email address. Registration fees/credits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
The safety, wellbeing, and comfort of every child is our highest priority. Photography sessions are conducted in a respectful, child-friendly, and age-appropriate manner at all times. Children remain supervised by educators and/or centre staff during photography sessions. Photography will only take place within approved areas of the service or centre.
No child will ever be forced to participate in photography. If a child becomes distressed, uncomfortable, unwell, or no longer wishes to participate, the session may be paused or stopped at the Photographer’s discretion. We are committed to maintaining a safe and positive environment for all children, families, educators, and staff. All information and images are handled carefully and securely in accordance with the centre’s privacy and child safety practices.
Your child’s images will be delivered via a secure private online gallery. Gallery access is restricted to the registered parent or guardian using a unique password-protected link. Access details will not be shared with any other person unless permission has been provided by the registered parent or guardian. Beth Ellis Photography will never publicly share your child’s images without permission. Any images approved for website, social media, or promotional use will never include identifying personal information.
Class & Group Photos All registered children may be included in class or group photographs unless a parent or guardian has opted out prior to photo day. Composite-style group photos may include only registered children photographed during the session day.
Sibling Photos Sibling photographs may be available for children enrolled within the same centre. Sibling sessions will take place during the youngest child’s photo time to minimise disruption to the centre’s daily routine. A $20 sibling registration fee applies and must be completed prior to photo day. Families only need to register sibling photos on one child’s registration form. Sibling images will be delivered in the youngest child’s online gallery and may be included within purchased digital or print packages where applicable. Only registered siblings present on photo day will be photographed. While every effort will be made to capture sibling images, sessions remain child-led and dependent on the cooperation and wellbeing of all children involved.
All photographers and team members working with children hold a current Queensland Working With Children Check (Blue Card) as required under Queensland law. Blue Card Number: 755628 / 5 (Beth Ellis)
